I had to interview with 5 levels of Human Resource before setting up an interview with the hiring manager. Around the 3rd level I decided this was not the environment I wanted to work in.

Entretien
Process is drawn out with too many opinions when it should only come down to the hiring manager. Less people and faster decisions would be an improvement. Waiting for answers and scheduling extra interviews is a colossal waste of candidate’s time.

Entretien
Filling up the application form. Then couple days later I was being interviewed by the HR manager. Two days after initial interview with the HR manager then I met the person who'll be my direct report.
