3 interviews - after initial interview with recruitment agency and psychometric testing
1st with Hiring Manager and HR in UK face to face (typical old style interview, walk through cv and scenario questions to hypothesise on)
2nd with Corporate Head in Paris face to face (didnt feel like the guy really knew why I was there or who had already interviewed me)
3rd with Regional Head in Paris by phone (seemed like this should have been stage 2)

Entretien
I have received an invitation without asking about my availability. The interview process was normal, I felt the role was anyway for internal people, and it was more of a formality to do the interview.
It was through a firm. Had two rounds of interviews. It was a good experience but took a while to get feedback. Expected that with a big company like Sanofi that it would take a while
