Interview very direct and one on one with potential line manager. Focused on gauging compatibility of goals of the company and yourself.Open working environment with direct access to senior staff for business discussions.

The interview went well. There was a friendly panel present which comprised of the HR and the team manager. The interview averaged around 45 minutes and was comprised of mainly general interview questions with some technical questions based on the role.
