Recently had a technical round with Sandstone Technology, the interview was actually 100% Technical, the questions was mostly advanced concepts in Angular which the interviewer knows or working currently. I was aware of the concepts but not worked on that as it was not required on my current projects. I am sure the concepts were not rocket science and anyone who knows basic Angular development can easily work on that on demand. But I am not sure why that became a big drawback for not clearing the technical round.
Mostly people switch to different employers to take up new challenges and to work and learn new things, why should I switch the job if I am going to do the same thing again. My suggestion to interviewer panel is to find reasons whether the candidate will suit for the role instead of finding reasons to reject the candidate.
Other than that the HR recruiter was really a knowledgeable, friendly, polite and down to earth person and explained me about the company portfolio and interview process in detail.
