I enjoyed my onsite interview & the people I met. I offered to stay in touch with the team & hope to talk with them again. The recruiting team originally contacted me via LinkedIn. They take a proactive approach to reducing the paperwork & costs of hiring. Bravo! I was able to talk briefly with the hiring team before spending time applying online, which is a win for both applicants and the hiring team. I interviewed with various team members in 1 video call, then a 1-day onsite interview. I was asked to travel for the onsite interview, with all expenses paid. The team was very open about the the process & communicated well. The department I interviewed with seems to have a good culture of continuous improvement & mentoring. This was a good experience even though there was no offer (so far).
