Phone interview for screening. Few questions were asked such as why would you like to work for Sandia and what would you like to achieve. Salary discussion was also done during the phone interview. The job description didn't disclose much about the job.

Technical presentation and questions, then a series of behavioral questions. The interview was fairly short for a panel interview (~1 hour), and was the only interview I had for the position.

Had two interviews. 1st was a phone screening with HR, she was very friendly and helpful; went over resume and asked some behavioral questions. 2nd was a slightly more technical interview with two systems engineers; went over resume, asked STAR questions, and asked general technical knowledge questions to gauge how you think through the process.

Interview panel of usually 4 with management and peers. A round table style of interviewing. It took approximately one hour with introductions a s a brief explanation of the position. Interview was over Microsoft teams.
