Two interviews: first with staff panel and second with management panel. Both asked a combination of behavior-based questions ("Describe a time when you resolved a conflict") and technical questions ("How would you solve this specific technical issue?").
Describe a time when you were asked to sacrifice quality to meet schedule. What was the situation, what actions did you take, and what was the outcome?
