Had a great interview, was informal and the interviewer made me feel comfortable, company that gives opportunity for new talents....... Great experience for my first interview, hard questions wasn't asked was more in a personal matter.

I was requested to complete a case study without speaking to anyone before. This is a red flag, because before putting energy and effort into a case study, its important that there is an alignment between the candidate and the company first. Also expectations and clarity around the interview process would have been helpful. Unfortunately this interaction gave me a red flag. Interviewing is two ways stream.
