Generally it started well, but I felt that it was not a typical product interview I have done before when it came to the case study. There was not a real clear signal on it being conversational which threw me off. It was unnecessarily complicated too, where the focus should be on how they would drive changes but instead I felt that the engineer asked some weird questions that dont fit what an engineer would do. It was a nice conversation with the product head but if I be honest that second round felt product led and focused compared to the case study which was way too long and not very focused.

I passed the HR screening , and then asked to do an assessment test. The company did not come back to me regarding my test results , nor disqualified me. they just ignored my email, nor the online assessment test shared the result of the assessment with me as it was claimed before the assessment start. the HR person was very pleasent and accomodating, I have no idea what went wrong in that post , but the recuiter did mention that there is a resytuctireing is activly taking place and the suitatuion is a bit messy. that was 2 months ago.
