I was called on the phone and given a phone interview. And then I received an email to complete a skills test online. Then I received a phone call to come in for a face-to-face interview. After the face-to-face interview then I was sent to do a drug test and a background test. After those came back cleared, then I was offered the job.

Typical interview for Call Center Position handling major accounts. This is an inside sales position and not an outside position where you go and visit customers. All the work is done on the phone. Not much else to say about it.

What are some good questions to ask customers in order to understand their needs?
Multiple interviews with HR and call center manager. Interview process was easy and they seemed like they a really needed experienced people so there is that. Seemed like a good company but pay was below what I expect for my level of skills but they did seem to have lots of employees with long tenure

Aptitude and Technical and personal interview but they reveal Results only after a month.
Fully technical questions interview goes to half and hour You can expect Accounting aptitude and bit of reasoning but prepare well for an Aptitude because it’s difficult.
