phone interview first with basic questions. Then the online test which is basically questions about how you think about things, typing skills, multi task skills. No math. Part of it is a story and then asks questions. I would suggest reading the question first and then finding the answer in the story. In regards to the multi-task part, I would suggest someone sit behind you and be looking at one part of the multi-tast portion. I didn’t do that but it would have been very helpful to have someone looking at it at the same time.

Typical interview for Call Center Position handling major accounts. This is an inside sales position and not an outside position where you go and visit customers. All the work is done on the phone. Not much else to say about it.

What are some good questions to ask customers in order to understand their needs?
Multiple interviews with HR and call center manager. Interview process was easy and they seemed like they a really needed experienced people so there is that. Seemed like a good company but pay was below what I expect for my level of skills but they did seem to have lots of employees with long tenure

Aptitude and Technical and personal interview but they reveal Results only after a month.
Fully technical questions interview goes to half and hour You can expect Accounting aptitude and bit of reasoning but prepare well for an Aptitude because it’s difficult.
