I got contact from 3rd party hiring company from LinkedIn. Recuriter and I did short phone interview and she scheduled the interview with real SRA hiring manager. She directly connected me to designated lab hiring manager. But 1st interview got cancelled as hiring manager can't make time. Later, 2nd interview started and I directed interviewed with Executive not hiring manager. It was a fresh experience I ever had for the job interviews.
