1) Got mail from symmetric consultancy regarding opening with Samsung Research and Development Institute for Noida location. 2) Interview was scheduled on 5th May 2013 in Bangalore 3) Written Test C++, good quality of question 4) Technical F2F, C++ concepts, algorithms etc. 5) HR round - typical questions, CCTC, ECTC I mentioned 50% hike expected during HR round and i was told that it will be taken care. 6) Received after 1 week, and to my surprise it was the worst offer ever i have got. SAMSUNG offered - 2K of increment/Year on my CCTC w/o bonus and 10% of increment on my CCTC with bonus. After writing mail they just increased the joining bonus by 15k which is again disgusting. Finally i had to reject the offer. So if any one planning to attend interview with Samsung or through this consultancy. Please inform them to call you for interview only if they can afford to hire you.
