4 steps process of interview. First and 2nd are monitoring, 3rd one is peer interview and 4th one is executives interview. First and second were quite easy, however 3rd, 4th ones were difficult.

Presentation my research and Q&A. However, it should have some matching point with the job description. And the questions were quite difficult, due to they ask about the knowledge of things they usually do, not me. Better to study field work I think.

After the interview, I got the offer next day.
