Firstly, I applied the internship position via online resume submission. After 1 month, I was called to attend the interview via phone. Besides, I was required to finish the personality test. On the day of interview, all of the job applicants were introduced the background of Company. Then, we needed to finish the IQ test on the spot immediately. After taking a 15 minutes break, we were assigned a case study to do a role-play meeting. Then, the HR staff were asking us to do a self introduction and asking us if we had any question to ask. Then, we finish the job interview.

Two interviews first with the HR and then with the Hiring manager - very easy interviews it took 10 days overall i stayed with the position. There is no way to negotiate with them
