Original application involved submitting my cv and cover letter, afterwards they invited me to take some tests (behavioural, logic and numeracy) and a virtual interview which was standard competency questions. Took a few months to hear back from them, but I was then invited to an assessment centre. On the day there was a group activity, which involved reviewing the information given to us and forming decisions for this, which we then had to present. Other tasks in the day involved an individual presentation, microsoft office test, an interview and a quick re-assessment of the tests from the previous stage. Overall it was well run for an assessment day, but quite intensive compared to some other ones. At the end of this they offer feedback to you once they have reached a decision.

Interview process consisted of few steps, however the test of logical skills is very difficult as the time is limited and the questions are exhausting. All in all, a great opportunity which unfortunately is not for everyone.
