The interview itself is not hard. They ask you about your personality and try to see what kind of person you are more than what you can do. The company values cooperation and togetherness and it is wise to emphasize these as your values.

There was a presentation requirement: they give you a case and one hour to prepare. The candidate then has to present his or her solution in front of a panel of 4~5 people.
