I had an initial interview with one of the recruiting team, it seemed to go well and he told me in the interview hew wanted me to continue onto the next stage, I never heard back so I followed up a week later but he never got back to me. 3 weeks later I received an email to say "Thank you for your interest in Samsara! We're excited to move forward with the interview process..." this was the exact same email I received before I had met with the recruiter so I reached out again stating I was confused why it's kicked me back to the first round and I NEVER heard back from them again. So absolutely terrible experience, for me that's a reflexion on how the whole company is probably run so I probably dodged a bullet there!
