I had a really remarkable interview process - every conversation was deep and thoughtful, and the team was incredibly supportive of my multiple asks to reschedule (lots of personal illness through my process). I was particularly struck by thoughtful feedback I received in one of my early interview rounds that helped me to tailor my approach and think about my style in further conversations. It's rare to see a company support you to be successful in their interview process - and to sincerely want to see the best you have to offer. As a very nervous and high stress interviewer, I can't quite express how much I appreciated that!
