There was 1 screening round. Post clearing that there were 3 more rounds - Coding, system design and HM. I cleared all round with complete code but eventually at the end, the feedback was "Not thinking as user's perspective and He was not taking feedback provided by interviewer". Whereas for each and every thing i was writing in the code, i was telling why i'm using that and also i was asking if using this or doing like this makes sense. The process was good, HR was good providing time to time feedback but overall experience was bad to say the least. I guess in india, they want engineers who might be incompetent but can say believe of other senior engineers sitting outside India.
