The interview process at Samsara was great! I worked with Natalie Handal from the recruiting team and was so happy to have such a personal, hands-on experience. Natalie and team were always checking in to see how I was doing, allow me to ask questions and made the entire process clear and easy from the start!

Met with Recruiter for Phone Screening Call. Mostly asked behavioral questions and previous work experience. Remote role with good salary. But, I was not invited to meet with hiring manager and did not move forward to the next round. got rejection email 4-5 days later.

Very well organized and thorough. Each interview was targeted towards specific company principles. Each interviewer did a great job asking thoughtful questions and not sugarcoating the challenges. Had to do a presentation to the hiring manager and director.
