The interview process format was as described in some of the other posts. I had a good time speaking with the team and can tell they put a lot of thought into would they want to hire for this position. I actually do feel like I learned and grew from engaging with Samsara's PMs, engineering managers, designers, and leadership. Although the process was quite long, my recruiter was very personable, lovely, and provided amazing support along the way. The one thing I do wish to have received is more actionable feedback to reflect on/implement in the future and the opportunity to showcase my skillset in more versatile ways.

Straightforward process focusing on the customer. Product Case study as well as a design interview. Focus on creating value for the customer. The process took a while ~2 months in total.
