I applied through a referral. Within a day, the recruiter contacted me for a 30 minute interview to go over my resume and experiences. After the recruiter interview, I had a screening interview with the hiring manager. After that, I did 3 separate interviews and eventually had an interview with the Direcotor. I had an offer 1 day after that.
