Applied for ADR role fully remote based out of Chicago. The timeline of the interview was quick only taking 1 week… First Call: HR recruiter / 20 mins This call was very informative and hyped up the company tremendously. $50k base w/ OTW $85k+ with stock options given upon hire, 1K home office allowance, unlimited PTO & full suit of healths Second Call: Hiring manager / 30 mins This call was fairly easy going. Prep with knowing about the company, products offered and market demographics of who they serve. Sell yourself on why you want to work for sales and why you’re motivated. Third Call: Manager, Director, VP / 30 min segments, 1.5 hours total This was the final round. The first 30 mins goes over a mock call and coach-ability. The mock call was a cold call to a director of a catering company then you may receive feed back on how to improve and try again. I was not give this opportunity and just told it was one of the best mock calls given. To prepare for this I would review success stories on their website and familiarize yourself with their solutions. The second call was with a director and was focused on intelligence and curiosity. I had no idea how to prepare for this segment and it was very laid back with standard questions. when I feel I didn’t preform well in this specific segment is sticking to their STAR method of answer delivery. Answer questions to the point in the structure of setting the scene, telling the requirements, action taken and results given. I feel as though this was the primary reason I wasn’t given an offer. The third and final interview was with a VP. The focus was track record of success and achievements. He was very young and honestly seemed more nervous than I was. The last call was conducted very unorganized and messy. Have numbers to back up previous metrics of achievement. Additionally prepare by answering in that STAR format like before. Over all I would say the interview process was very standard but also hypocritical. There seemed to be a massive push in conveying that they don’t offer any sort of feedback. I routinely asked “Concluding our call has there been any way I have answered your questions or details in my background that you would think I wouldn’t be a good candidate for the position?” And every time I was told we are instructed not to give feedback. Additionally on my call with the HR recruiter I was told I interviewed exceptionally and stood out although… and when I asked for any feedback on what I could improve on he said he was told not to say anything. All in all you will not receive feedback, from a company that glamorizes their importance on customer feedback. I also connected with multiple ADRs on linked in attempting to get perspective on the process. It seems to be very hush hush

Was messaged by a recruiter for the position. Throughout the interview process, HR, mgmt, and recruiters were incredibly helpful and very responsive (more so than any other company I have interviewed for). The interview process was a phone screen, then a behavioral interview, then a panel that included several small interviews and mock calls. It wasn't extremely challenging, but management wants to make sure you know your stuff and can think on your feet. Everyone was very professional and kind, which makes me excited to join the team.

The interview process, at least for this position, was fairly easy. However, it was the lack of clarity from the HR department that made me ultimately not accept their offer.

The process began with an introductory call and interview, then a secondary interview, and finally an interview that included a mock cold call that judged off how coachable you are as a potential employee. Everybody I interacted with was extremely supportive and encouraging throughout the whole process, making me feel very comfortable and open with them.
