Very inexperienced team and company. Process itself was quite disorganized and people seemed to either not know the answers to basic questions, or did not feel comfortable providing answers. Recruiters were fresh out of college and seemed like deer caught in the headlights. With new round of funding and new CFO in the door, my guess is there will likely be some major reorgs coming. Director of team was inexperienced and did not seem comfortable in his own skin. Very defensive and prickly from the get-go, never smiled once. Seemed more preoccupied and concerned with his own problems than with finding a good hire. Stepping into the office felt like walking into Santa’s workshop overrun by elves but not in a good way. Kids running around building toys and doing as they're told by a person they hardly ever see who lives in another building.
