The first interview was a phone call with the recruiter, then the hiring manager, and final interview was with a panel(Director, and 2 other hiring managers). It was fairly straightforward and fairly easy. The process afterwards was HORRIBLE. After every interview, I asked if there was any hesitation in moving me forward, they all said no you are a great fit. I didn't hear back from them for almost 3 weeks. I received a rejection email and no feedback. They are not transparent at all and the internal recruiting team is horrible.
