Day X : The day after I submitted the application
Stage-1. HR interview Day 5
At this stage, HR will ask about your past experience, expected salary and your field of expertise (such as programming language)
Stage-2. Hiring manager interview Day 10
The recruitment manager will ask some architecture questions based on your past experience. My example is the usage and software architecture of Android IPC
Stage-3. Technical Lead interview Day 13
~No response after one week

1.Previous experience about smart TV and firmware integration
2. What's your most recognized accomplishment
Technical question:
1.Explain DeadLock and critical section
2.Pthread programming
3.Android IPC binder implementation.
5 rounds, including coding and experience to get a sense of contribution, skills and personality. Meet your line manager, coworkers, and senior managers. Takes 1-2 months. Not difficult but need to prepare.

Entretien
I was contacted by recruiter and received email that they are taking me to next step. They asked me to write complete backend and UI automation code. I did a thorough job in code writing and tested code thoroughly. They did not have courtesy to respond back. Then after a week of follow-up received standard response. Please don't write code for this company as a condition for next steps. Simply refuse.

Thank you for taking the time to write about your interview experience. I shared your feedback with the team. Due to high volume of applicants, our evaluation process was slower than we anticipated. We're working to revamp our evaluation system in the future. In addition, we hired a team member to handle candidate communication, so no one is left in the dark.
