I had first stage interview with two managers. Questions were relatively easy. I asked, and was assured I would hear by email the outcome of the interview. However, time passed and I heard nothing. Obviously I have been rejected, but they didn't have the decency to send a quick follow-up email and let me know officially. I am very disappointed with this mental health chairity for treating its interview candidates this way. It is demoralising to hear nothing after making the effort. I would say that if this is their attitude towards people I don't want to work with them anyway! Will not be applying again.
