I applied in March. I didn't hear back until May. For an entry level position with a rate of $19, the interview process was far too long. It took 3 months, was 4 rounds, and they weren't transparent about it. No $19 an hour job should be more than 2 rounds. In addition they ask for a background and 3 references. For $19 an hour... I received an offer in July but the pay rate was extremely low for my experience. Not market, and exceedingly low for a San Francisco tech company. I asked if it was negotiable, they asked for my number. Then they asked me to take one of those psych tests (which is most like you) while they waited to hear back. I never heard back from them. They ghosted me.
