Interview asking about previous experience and how you would approach the job etc. Interviewed in person at the location with a bakery associate and a manager. Went through my resume together.

Entretien
It is not a baker position, I applied for baker and right away I got there and they were unprofessional from the start. They did not keep the appt. Was told to be there at a certain time, I show up and the Bakery Manager went to lunch. Was told to talk to the manager at the cash register, they were confused and told to hold on and they will see who will interview me. After 25 min finally a mananger comes out with the bakery manager and the bakery manager didnt do any talking at all they let the front end manager interview me and she didnt greet me politely just right away said thankyou for coming just follow me. We went to an office and she tried to assume i was slow that oh we are a fast paced store you need to be quick quick quick. I told her its highlighted in my resume I know im coming from the grocery industry already. Then she proceeds to tell me we only want clerks right now to package we dont need bakers. I told her i am looking for a baker position thats what I applied for, she then decided to say ok we will hold your application, and doesnt even say bye or shake hands, i then precede to let myself out and with my back turned and opening the door I seen in my corner of my eye she rips my resume up and throws it in the trash. Such a waste of time and they were totally unprofessional and rude.
