Management don't value long term associate and will let you go not matter how many years if you make to much money after 30 years.

Basic STAR/SBO based questions on how you would respond to certain scenarios. That and if you have experience or certifications. Very professional interview and organization. I choose to work elsewhere, but it was a very straightforward interview. They were very upfront on what the job, hours, requirements, etc would entail.
