I received a phone call to set up a zoom interview. I had an interview with two store managers. One was nice and the other was had a chip on his shoulders. From the way the agitated manager acted it just seemed like a hostile work environment or that he was intimidated by an MBA. Nevertheless the interview consisted of irrelevant questions to the actual job of running a store as a retail manager. Furthermore, he proceeded to make the job seem way more than what it was. As if you were working for God or if you had to diffuse bombs on a daily basis. It was a joke and a pure sign of a hostile work environment.
