Apply online and do the assessment test(also online) via the walmart/sam's club careers website not very difficult and the whole process takes about 20-30 mins, if screening goes well meet in person for an in-person interview.

Easy. You call in, wait for a call back/call them to make sure they seen your application, have two interviews (I had just one), then they tell told me I was hired on the spot.

Very easy , got an email to schedule for interviews and they interviewed me with easy and simple questions. They were very nice and polite . Ask about about my work experience, about myself and availability

Easy and laid-back interview process. I felt comfortable and they were extremely open and answered all questions about the job. They were also helpful and patient when I was trying to figure out a different living situation while waiting to see if I accepted their offer.
