I was hired at an established club, the process was easy and pretty much standardized. When I moved up in the company I just received a phone call that basically asked if I had any leadership experience and when could I start.

All the questions are easy if you go to work and get involved, if you just go to work push a broom and go home you will struggle with the questions.

Pretty simple. Talk yourself up. Depending on the manager just be yourself and be honest. Previous experience is a plus for sure. Last about 30mins to an hour depending on the person.

Good interview. Very good job. You should work at sams club. I like sams club. Sams club is good to me. Very good. Yes. Tires. I worked with tires and batteries. Put the tires on. Drove cars. Vrooom. Vrooom.
