Entretien
I had to wait a whole hour for the hiring manager to acknowledge/remember I was there. Sam Club wasn't prepared and was confused why I was there. I got a email generated response to choose what date and time to interview. There was a disconnection. The employees are super nice and courtesy.
The interview process was pretty average. They made sure I could work certain shifts and be a member of a team. All of the questions were pretty basic and average.

It was good and low stressful process. First step, set up for quick call. They asked me about my background, my experiences with customer services. At the end, aske for the next round of interview in-person.

Asked about hypnotical question of the customer being hard customer and how would you handle it.
Nice ir was quite lengthy but the office was nice and the interviewer was kind. I had to wait a long time which i was discouraged all in all the prices were good enough to skip
