I filled out an application and received a phone call to come in for an interview about 3 days later. I went to the interview, where 2 people interviewed me and asked me an array of questions based on my previous experience and skills. I was then explained the job title and role and offered a position.

It was basic questions you would get in most retail stores. They were mostly team oriented based questions. Once it was finished, they outlined your responsibilities in the job you were applying for.
