J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Sam's Club (Lutherville Timonium, MD) en juil. 2014
Entretien
The different people, supervisor, team lead, and supposedly store manager all interview you at different times and ask you different versions of the same question. It took forever for each person to come to you granted they had work to do they were just very unorganized. No one knew who was supposed to be doing the interview.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Have you ever been in a situation where you had to make a difficult decision? What was it and what was the outcome?
The interview felt light and conversational, with only a few questions asked. It was mostly informative about the job itself, giving me a clearer understanding. The meeting was held casually in the café area.

Question 1
Asked if I can do balloons, writing, roses, border.
The interview was in person. They asked about job experience and how many hours I'd be willing to work. It wasn't a very formal interview it was more of a conversation.
I recieved a phone call and asked if I wanted the position. Came in one day to speak with the hiring manager and had a short interview. At the end I was told my pay and number of hours I'd work, along with other benefits.
