I had an initial phone interview with HR. We discussed my background, resume, salary expectations and some behavioural questions. In a couple of days, I was called for an in-person interview with the HR, HR Manager, Mechanical Engineering Manager, and VP of Engineering. Each of them asked me a couple of questions. Nice people. Questions were mainly from my resume, especially from my project experiences.

I had a 30 minute phone call for the initial HR screening. The representative was very friendly and professional, and provided details about the company and the role. She asked me a lot of behavioral questions and to describe the kind of role I am looking for.
