Same as others described, phone interview of which I could barely understand, followed by times cognitive test 50 questions 12 mins & at the end didn't receive an offer. The whole process seemed little fishy but maybe others have had a more positive experience

Step 1. The recruiter reaches out. Very little knowledge of job outside posting. Heavy Indian accent not good English. Step 2: Set up a time to do a test to make sure I was cognitively competent. He made it seem as if this would be a qualitative interview. It was a 50 multiple-choice questionnaire on par with high school knowledge. At this point, I realized I wasted my time. I have a like ivy league and an MBA. please don't waste my time. I ended the interview. I was interested in the position of a potential switch of industry. Very bad process very bad recruiter (s). Could be a scam.
