The recruiter reached out to me on Linkedin and scheduled a screening call, then sends you off to the hiring managers .. who asks more in depth questions. The process was quick and happened within a span of the week. Although I did not get an offer, it was one of the best interviewing experiences I've had in my life.

Entretien
It was tedious and very long, had 6 calls till the offer. The recruiter was amazing and kind but the hiring team didn't know what they were looking for. They didn't negotiate salary and lied about team hierarchy till the last round. My manager ended up being someone who had no people experience
