The panel interview was pretty standard. Notes are taken during the interview, so it's okay to be comfortable with the silence. The interview panel was well-rounded, including our human resources manager, the training manager, and a training officer. They each went around and asked a question each, so I tried to make eye contact with each of them, not just the one asking the question.
