Direct interview with the assistant Dean. Very professional we went over my expertise and qualifications. We Went over my teaching style and goals. We agreed on delivery processes and discussed compensation.We agreed on a salary package.

In person interview. Very relaxed and informal. Took place on campus in the chair's office. They had my resume on file and was made comfortable during the process.
