I was called within a week of applying and went for an interview within a few days. I was offered a job within a few days of the interview. Background check was done by Sterling, an outside firm and went easily and quickly. There was a four day orientation to the company, then I was given the opportunity to work 6 shifts in different units to orient. If you feel you need more time to orient, they will give you what you need.

Only asks a few simple questions. They are in desperate need of hiring people, so I believe they just take anyone at this point. The hiring manager is nice and makes you feel comfortable though.

Entretien
I filled out the online application. I was then contacted a week or two later by telephone and an interview was scheduled. I was offered a position by the HR department the following day outlining the salary and differential information.

I do not feel there were any difficult or unexpected questions. I was informed that as this is a psychiatric hospital we sometimes are requried to restrain patients for their safety or the safety of others. I was asked if I felt I could do that.
