After two interviews, I expected at least some communication regarding my application status. The lack of follow-up felt unprofessional and inconsiderate , especially after investing time and effort into the process. Companies should prioritize respectful communication, particularly when candidates have engaged in multiple interviews. Overall, this experience left me with a negative impression of Salsify.

The interview process is usually a bit intimidating and overwhelming, but I truly enjoyed the interviewing with Salsify from start to finish. From my initial call with Rose, my recruiter, to meeting the team, everyone showcased warmth, honesty, and kindness. I could tell Salsify took hiring very seriously and it was important to the team to find the right fit both culturally and technically. I loved this because it's clear that the culture of Salsify will remain as awesome as it as we grow and because it's important to me to be in a role/environment in which I could really thrive. That being said, I felt very comfortable throughout and each conversation felt like a genuine two way street. By the time I got the offer, I was clear that this was the place for me and I was an ecstatic yes!
