Long, difficult, satisfying. Coding exercise prior to interview, reviewed during one of the on-site interview sessions, of which there were five spanning several hours. Each person I interviewed with, I now work with on a daily basis. All of the technical interviews felt like solving a problem together rather than a quiz. No writing actual code on the whiteboard.
