The initial telephone interviews and email organising was good.
When it came to the in person interview, I found it very unprofessional.
The first 30 mins was spent disorganised. I was also put off by interviewers unable to clearly share why they believed Sally was a good place to work.
I walked away feeling that they were disorganised managers, that they didn't really understood what the role was, or that Sally was a good work place.
I shortly asked several ex employees from different levels what they thought about working st Sally. All except one gave a good review. Most had very negative reviews.
After 2 weeks post interview, I have had no response from them, even an email. Having prepared a presentation which took a lot of work, as too a long drive to the interview, I had expected an email atleast.
I have since secured a position elsewhere where I am very happy. I certainly had very strong gut feelings that Sally was not a place of work I wanted to be.
