Simple group interview, two to three people at a time. Take turns answering questions about retail experience, beauty knowledge, why you want to work there and if you are comfortable with upselling.

I had one interview, I was hired on the spot. The store manager was very up beat, personalable, positive, funny and friendly. She made me feel welcome and comfortable. She wrapped up the interview by telling me about the training process and that she had to talk to her District Manager about my hourly wage, and that she would call me the next day.
