I met with the manager in the back room. She was very friendly and asked me questions about myself and who I was before we went into specific questions for the job.

Got offer same day as the interview. It was the usual what are your strengths & weakness setting. To prep, I highly suggest reviewing your resume with a friend and practicing via online questions.
