First, you will be asked for doing a test. The interview would be carried out after you have finished the test. The test seemed to be copied from the Internet and the interviewers would say that you have not enough knowledge about blahblahblah. But actually, it is normal for a graduate to have incomplete knowledge of IT area. They expect someone that will do the whole program for them with full knowledge. So obviously this company would not provide any training for the graduates. The interviewers would not give you a standard salary. They said average salary for the graduate job is 14XXX last year but it includes all universities and all areas of career. Thus it would never be accurate to use this data. However, they even suspected that you are the one that does not know the market.
