Initial interview was with Sales University Group's HR manager. It was fairly straight forward. I was asked what my past sales experiences were, a little about my educational experience and background. Following the initial interview, you interview with the client that you will be assigned to to make sure that you will be a good fit for their firm. This was a little more involved for me (some minor role playing), but it varies from client to client
